Had lunch today at Justa Pasta in downtown Portland.  Nice place.  Their website states they have a focus on fresh pastas and ravioli which they make daily.  And extra nice, whenever possible, they use locally grown organic produce, and all of their beef, poultry and lamb products are from farms which do not use growth hormones or antibiotics.  Good stuff.  Check out their site, and look at my lunch!  www.justapasta.com
